A specialist in strategic crisis management, Director Katie Kershaw is experienced in rapidly evolving crises and circumstances of unusually high business uncertainty.

For over fifteen years, she has worked with some of the world’s largest and most respected companies helping them factor reputation into their decision making and ensured they were prepared for any crisis. She has provided senior counsel through many live issues and crises ranging from airport and airspace closures, including the ash cloud airspace closure of 2010 and the Gatwick drone closure of 2019, terrorist attacks including the 2015 Sousse attacks and Brussels airport bombing of 2016 as well as aircraft accidents and cyber breaches.
