For over 15 years, Director Katie Kershaw has advised companies both in an in-house and agency capacity and worked with some of the world’s largest and most respected companies helping them factor reputation into their decision making.

She has extensive experience in the travel, tourism and leisure sectors beginning her career in-house at Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Atlantic before moving agency side to advise a broader range of clients including Qatar Airways, Silversea cruises, Finnair and The Singapore Tourism Board. Most recently she worked in-house for easyJet heading up the UK communications team.
